The foyer is comfy and welcoming, the staff were all friendly and helpful, our room was cosy, clean and had great air con. "Staff were affable and very helpful, I truly enjoyed my three nights stay at Crown Plaza Hotel Beaconsfield. The breakfast was top-notch , the pool, steam room , hot tub and the sauna as well. I will recommend, this is my second visit and I am definitely coming back soon ."

"Terrible experience neighbour knocking on thin walls no tv or music but still caused upset in stay as walked into room once knocked door and asked when leaving hotel? Everyone paid for room invasion of privacy and I’m single mum with 6 yr old in room. No security or cameras to verify just friend few doors away called reception."

"Staff were lovely and breakfast was well cooked. Surprised it was a buffet breakfast. We had a really good rate so absolutely no complaints. It was starting to look a little tired, with build up in the corners of the bathroom around the shower, and chips in the walls and paintwork of our room. The view on the top floor is lovely and made for a nice touch to visiting family where I’d originally grown up."
