"One night stay, visiting for an event — so not much time spent ta the hotel or interacting with staff. Bed was comfortable, room and breakfast area was clean. Location was near the event. Condition was as expected of a 3* tier of a national hotel chain, no more and no less."

The room was not clean—the sofa was visibly dirty, which made the space uncomfortable for us. Additionally, the room phone was not working, so I had to call the front desk from my personal phone to request extra towels. I was told someone would bring them, but no one ever came. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask again, and there was no...

"The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention...

"It was renovated and looked good design wise. But the place was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The beddings were all ripped up and stained. And it has a distinct smell that is not pleasant. Hotel has bad reservation system as it was overbooked."

Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. "
