"We arrived a bit early to find our room was not quite ready. The staff gave us a nice coffee and asked us to wait 20 minutes in the lovely courtyard. "A wonderful stay! Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!) Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room; Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady; Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)"

"Stayed in a Triple with a Balcony. The room was beautiful, the bathroom had a lovely shower and a small hamam basin, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival at 3:00pm, our room was not yet ready and we thus had to wait in reception for around 15 minutes before being able to check in - this was not a huge inconvenience, but less than ideal after coming off a long flight.
