"Great location for Milan and Lake como"

"We booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. I called to inform about the time we needed to leave, with the first shuttle at 7:30 am ( nothing is earlier). When we came outside at 7:30 am, the 6 seats shuttle was full. We had to take a taxi for 80 Euros! Unacceptable."

"Excellent stay, very easy to get to from the airport on the free shuttle provided by the hotel or the free airport shuttle, not greatly signposted from the road, however only a couple of minute walk from the bus stop. Staff we very friendly and accommodating, we got an earlier check in than expected. Room was clean modern and well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Breakfast had a good selection and staff even made up a take away bag as we were heading out to lake como...

"The phone number for the complimentary shuttle does not work. When I landed, I called the number and it was disconnected. The hotel needs to fix this. Also the restaurant is not on site. Is nearby - is not indicated on their website"

"Place was fairly nice and clean. Lots of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Location was walking distance to the M2 train line to the Duomo in Milan."

"We stayed here for a week. The room was clean and comfy and big. There is a small fridge in the room and air conditioning which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was first class and the staff were absolutely amazing! Any questions, any assistance they could provide, they did! I wasnt sure about the location at first, but it turned out to be a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. 100% would recommend"
