"Overall, I have had a very positive experience. The room is impressively quiet and clean, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. I also find the location to be excellent; being so close to the RER A station is incredibly convenient for travel. Furthermore, your shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris is very well-organized and has made my trips to the park seamless. I do, however, want to mention one small issue with the bathroom design. Because there is no shower curtain, the floor tends to get quite wet after a shower. I thought you might like to know this, as it can make the tiles a bit slippery. While I haven't had the chance to try the spa facilities, the rest of my stay has been wonderful, and the staff have been very helpful."

"Room doesn’t get cleaned for a weekend break, our carpets ended up getting very messy from kids food and buggy’s in and out the apartment which wasn’t pleasant to walk on. Fresh towels and a hoover each day would have been better!"

"Staff is great. It’s nice to stay in the Disney bubble and the early entry (1 hour) is a great perk The room I had was very outdated and the bathroom had an odour of stale urine. I checked out a night early despite having already paid and stayed somewhere else. This comes nowhere close to the Disney experience in America or Asia."
