"The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We used it as a base for our family of two adults with our 3 and 6 year old children while we visited Disney. It was excellent for this, with multiple shuttle busses run by the hotel available for direct transfers on demand. The busses can carry 8 people comfortably, plus lots of luggage including prams/strollers without having to fold them. This makes for rapid loading and unloading with little fuss - great when exhausted at the end of a long day! The drivers were excellent and the exclusive shuttle service is a massive bonus to the hotel. The location and ease of getting to the parks would make this our first choice for accommodation next time we visit, and we highly recommend it to others.
We didn’t get a chance to use the restaurant or pool because we were out every day, but they looked great.
We stayed in an executive room and the full minibar was included in the price, and restocked every day which was a nice bonus.
There were no laundry facilities in the room, but there is a shared laundry room in the hotel. Tokens for use of washer and dryer were available for purchase."
