Disneyland® Hotel

"Sensational one night stay at the Disneyland hotel. We are a family of 5 and stayed in the spacious superior family room. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The kids all said they felt the hotel was really magical and it was amazing seeing so many princesses and other Disney characters, as we walked through the hotel. Dining options are excellent, although the hotel would benefit from a quick service option or cafe of some sort. The kids loved the pool, although it is a little small when lots of guests are in at once. We didn’t use the kids club but felt this was a brilliant extra. Staff were all amazing and so helpful. The decor and design of the hotel is stunning. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back in the future at some point. Thank you Disney!"

"We stayed in a golden forest room and enjoyed having a smaller breakfast room and the opportunity to return to the hotel for afternoon tea. In a heatwave this was a great break from the sun. The hotel is ready for a refit which is currently underway but still very close to the parks and a great base to go exploring from."

"We stayed here ten years ago and we was slightly apprehensive about coming again just incase the standard was not the same…… but I must say this time exceeded our expectations! The staff are so generous, friendly and kind and went above and beyond for us. My son (6) his first time abroad, loved his mocktail and fruit in our suite and the big comfortable bed. He said it’s his favourite hotel stay so far! The spa was still just as beautiful and the transfers to Disney were fantastic except for one driver who was driving quite dangerously. Sadly my son left his beloved octopus teddy at the hotel and would cost £39 to return which is too expensive for us but I understand. :( my son is really sad but totally my fault . Hopefully he’s living at the hotel living his best life! Few tiny niggles. Few broken areas on the floor, window was out to the Main Street so got some noise from police cars and youths at night, no English tv channels worked and the tv was very slow . Our room wasn’t cleaned or water replenished on the 2nd day , my sons googled were stolen from the swimming pool area and no instructions on how to use the air con .(I had the heating on for 2 days by mistake when it was 37 degrees) all in all an absolute fantastic stay and my staff are all amazing. We will be back ."
