Deborah was wonderful at check in, and Luca and the luggage staff were exceptional.
Breakfast was fantastic and the servers were welcoming and on point.
The servers at the afternoon tea told us that we might ask for as much as we would like but then did not make themselves available for us to make such requests. Suggestion: perhaps provide two trays at a time as we were four guests, and encourage the server to check back more frequently.
We would have liked to access the pool and sauna later in the evening after returning from the park.
We will look forward to a return visit !"
