"Sehr freundlicher Empfang obwohl ich bei der Buchung einen Fehler gemacht. Ausstattung TOP, sehr ruhige Lage.
Das beste kommt aber zum Schluss: Als ich wieder auf der Autobahn war klingelte das Tel vom Hotel und sie sagten mir ich hätte mein Cap vergessen und sie würden es mir nach Hause senden !!! WOW WAS FÜR EINEN SERVICE. Ich werden Ihnen noch etwas senden aus der CH.

"Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers. "

"The hotel is very quiet, nicely appointed rooms - though I felt that my bathroom needed updating. It felt dated and the toilet seat had marks on it which, though they were scratches, made it look unsightly.
The TV main menu shows functions for casting from a device, yet it doesn't work.
Breakfast is very overpriced for what it is, walking to a cafe nearby and getting croissants/coffee and juice was much more reasonable.
The staff were very professional, attentive and polite.
I would stay here...
