"The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!"

"Wonderful, quiet location in the old town. Greeted by front desk staff Diego who was very helpful upon our arrival. Through out our stay, May was very helpful and professional, addressing any needs and providing useful local information.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well.
Morning buffet was great! Camila was helpful, along with other dining staff, and there was a wonderful array of breakfast choices.
I would absolutely return and recommend to fellow...

"The hotel was a great place to stay when visiting Palma. The price was right, the rooms were clean, and they were large, and I believe every room has a Seaview and a balcony. It was a bit of a walk to get to the historic District. But that wasn’t a big deal for my wife and I as we like walking. Probably not the place for kids who wanna go swimming in the ocean.
