The shared bathroom was clean. The sensor light goes off during your shower. Had a party of 5 for one room and was told there would be a man with us unless we paid for the extra bed. Staff said to disregard what was on our booking and go by what she said. We paid for the extra bed and got the room next to it. The space was available, they just wanted more money. The blanket smelled used and the space was tiny.

Good morning.First of all, thank you for your comment.we inform you that you have reserved 5 places in a shared room. It's normal to pay for an extra bed to keep the entire 6-bed room.like that we explained to confirm your reservation before taking the room. and of course you only have 5 beds not 6 beds.and in the hostel we only have common bathrooms. and the blankets we never gave blankets used twice.for each client we give him a clean blanket and also a clean duvet.hoping for another stay with us.you have a big hello from the entire HOSTEL AMOUR D AUBERGE team

Really clean, rooms are dorms so we were all in one room (we are 2 sisters with our 5 children) which was great for us helpful staff who helped advise us with where to go and local restaurants Great place to stay Would recommend

Friendly service and staff
Was very convenient for the location sadly to say that i booked in to a male only room cost more tham a shared room and the owner place me in a mixroom so for booking more expensive rooms there is no difference as its not as advertised and pay for so best not pay the extra just go for the cheaper option i did complain to the staff 4 times and they told me its the owner.

Honestly, I think I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The girl and her brother are so lovely and caring! And they’re always smiling, which made me feel really comfortable. The riad is SO close to the main square of the city and you also have lots of shops, restaurants and many more things around. I found everything very well-kept, the toilets and the showers were all the time clean and tidy, comfortable to use. The breakfast was just delicious. Traditional Moroccan cuisine, was just amazing. Also, I felt really secure in the riad, I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything. I definitely recommend this riad, and for sure when I come back to Marrakech, I’m gonna stay with them again. I don’t really have any negative thing to say about my staying here. Thanks so much for your hospitality guys.

This hostel is at a very good location and the staff is making sure it is safe as well.I stayed there for a week and will definately go back anytime I'm in Marrakech. Hiba,one of the lovely staff,is the best thing that happened to Morocco,she is sweet and always making sure you are well taken care of. They helped me arrange for trips,call in fase of emergency, helped with directions and reservations. Do not hesitate to book.That place is awesome!

Nice and clean hostel. The bedroom and restroom are separated, which is a good thing because you will not be interrupted. It is a small operation (2 person run) so they may not be quick to do everything.

Unpleasant stay
I had unpleasant stay there although the hostel is clean and it's location is very close to Jamea Elfana, I suffered during my stay from check in which was different than I wanted then I was surprised when I was sleeping in night that the door was opened by Faisal , someone who is working there, to check if all girls are present inside the room or not which was very strange for me. When I talked to him that he shouldn't have done this, he told me he is doing his job and he had the right to do this! He is very rude in his replies and asked me if I didn't like this attitude I should have booked a private room! Actually I stayed in many hostels and didn't find like this attitude and behavior from the employees or management of the hostels where I stayed. The hostel is considered noisy especially the ground floor where the reception is present so if there are people in the reception you will feel they are sitting with you inside the room because reception is in front of the girls dorm. The hostel closed the door before midnight and if anyone came late after midnight, he/she should ring the bell many times till someone wake up to open the door and of course all the clients wake up as well. However, it was uncomfortable stay for me but honestly they have "Hiba" who can absorb the different cultures of clients.

Fort sympas et vraiment pas cher
Un accueil bien sympathique et des personnes au service des clients. Lieu propre et respecteux des clients. Nous sommes venus avec un groupe de 22 enfants ils se sont organisés pour nous faciliter le séjour et étaient fort sympathiques. L’hotel est a une centaine de mètres de la place principale et proche toutes commodités.

Mon 2e séjour à l'auberge. Un beau petit coin charmant à proximité de tout. Déjeuner inclus et opportunité de faire de belles rencontres. Ne vous attendez pas à du luxe, mais d'un endroit acceptable pour le prix déboursé (douche, chambre, literie propre). Le personnel très aimable et attentionné. Si vous cherchez une aubaine pour votre hébergement, n'hésitez surtout pas!!!

Not a comfortable place to stay in
They didn't even have soap to wash hands in the bathroom. I've asked for it and they simply said that they need to ask the manager to put soap in the bathroom as some people taken the ones the had. Staff sitting in the communal area and chitchat, so the noise is being echoed into the room. Not a place to spend a night there.

Excellente auberge
Un vrai trésor caché tout près de la Médina (environ 5 minutes à pieds). Personnel hyper attentionné, hospitalier et accueillant..Auberge rudimentaire mais avec beaucoup de charme compte tenu que les propriétaires sont ceux qui font le déjeuner le matin. Ne vous attendez pas à une auberge 5*, toutefois ce qui fait la différence c'est la gentillesse, le sentiment de sécurité et de courtoisie que font preuve le personnel envers TOUS les touristes de l'auberge. Vous aurez la chance de vous faire des contacts et de passer un bon séjour. Je vous recommande donc pour la sécurité, serviabilité et en bonus ils mémorisent vos noms!!! Ce sont de belles attentions. A refaire assurément.

아침 일찍 떠나는 사람은 가지마라
생각보다 호스텔 안이 예뻤고 주방도 있고 옥상도 나름 있고 침대에 커튼도 좋았다 샤워실 문은 안 닫혀보였는데 난 그날 샤워를 안해서 상관 없었다. 여직원도 친절했고 하지만 정말 최악이었던건 그전날 아침 7시에 나간다고 말했는데 직원이 일어나질 않았다 문은 잠겨있었다 직원을 깨우러 어디 문을 두드려야하는지도 몰랐고 연락처는 왓츠앱에 가입도 안돼있었어서 연락 할 수도 없었고 버스 시간은 다가오고 미쳐버리는줄 알았다 다행히 대문에서 사람이 들어오려고 벨을 연달아 누르고 소리치고 전화를 하고 문을 두드리고 그 행위를 10분간 연달아서 시끄럽게 하고나서야 남직원이 일어나 문을 열었다 그때 시간이 7시40분이었다 택시를 부랴부랴 타고 이동해 겨우 출발직전 버스를 잡아서 탈 수 있었다 나는 그날 최악의 아침을 경험했고 지불하지 않아도 됐던 택시비로 지불했다

Auberge très bien placée, jolies terrasses et bon petit déjeuner ,chambres fonctionnelles. Attention le tarif est celui d'un lit, pas d'une chambre ! Si vous réservez pour plusieurs on vous demandera le solde à l'arrivée .
