The hotel looks completely different than it does in pictures. Had to complain to change rooms as the first room we were in was substandard. To our surprise shortly after being moved room the manager asked for our passports to re-check us in. He never brought back our passports and on questioning he denied this and said that he did. It turns out that he stole our passports. The same worker ended up returning the passports and gave us an excuse on how it was a set up. Save yourself the havoc of going through this psychological trauma on holiday and do not book with Malaya. They have dishonest thieves working there!

مجمع رائع وهادئ وآمن للغاية والخدمة جميلة النظافة مستوى فنادق ٥ نجوم لكن.. لا يوجد مطعم أو سوبر ماركت في المجمع أو قريب من المجمع اضطر للذهاب بالسيارة مسافة طويلة لشراء اغراضي
