"The reception people were excellent to deal with.Very polite. We had issues with one gentleman the morning we were leaving the hotel for the airport, as we came off the elevator the porter I assume started to grab our suitcases without us knowing who he was. We proceeded to the waiting taxi and he wanted a tip from us even though we did not need his assistance. Once we were in the taxi he argued with the taxi driver because he wanted a tip from the driver. This type of behaviour should be addressed to the person. It ruined our otherwise good experience at the hotel."

La chambre était élégamment aménagée, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, offrant un cadre reposant et raffiné. Je souhaite également souligner l’excellence du personnel du restaurant Quattro, dont le service irréprochable et la convivialité ont été très appréciés.
