"What I liked is cleanliness, nice furniture and the kindness of the staff who were amazing with us. The suite was huge and well decorated as well as neat. "This property has a very accommodating host and it is exceptionally clean. Everyone working here is extremely helpful and kind. Dar Ben Gacem is beautiful, with rooftop views and amazing tile and architecture throughout. There are many areas to relax and enjoy the ambience. "Staff and room was lovely for a disabled lgbt person and chose this hotel as it was part of a trans theme trip to Carthage as flew to Tunis on Trans Avia . My inbound flight was 3 hours late with Tunis air and this hotel let me check in after midnight. Lovely room, great hotel in the middle of everything and a great breakfast served next door in the cafe . Friendly staff who could not do enough as an lgbt person with invisible disabilities "

"I had a wonderful and unique stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation.
