location is perfect for boaters, adjacent to marsh harbor marina. directly on the beach, great views!!! spacious and clean. need to take off/replace matress covers on the two twin beds. they make too much noise to sleep on.

The location and setting were fine. The unit we had was not worthy of the title "Villa", cabin would have been more appropriate. The kitchenette, was tired, the utensils and dishes were more like yard sale bargins. The bath was also tired and in need of an UP Grade. My wife had the opportunity to view the two bedroom unit, which was much better.

Good place for snorkeling, relaxing....

Nice villa, good location, nice beach, beautiful view. Could not get WiFi service at all and couldn’t use Skype to make calls. Furniture is kind of worn out. There was no coffee in the room. Laundry is coin operated machines. The staff was nice to call the manager to check on our flight status before we checked out.

Nice 2 BR villa with full kitchen right on beach. Inside clean and well kept. Deck and beach area not cleaned up from prior resident (Empty beer bottles on deck and beach). Phone and Wi-Fi not operational.

Things might change in near future.

Work being done on waterway so backhoe at it from 8am til 4pm. Okay if you have a car, but going into town $10 each way & $20 to get to airport. Beautiful marinas & several excellent restaurants in area. On site staff not always available. Did let me checkin early & do late checkout. All people from property very nice. Villas really barebones, but clean.

This is a good location close to a small beach and close to Marsh Harbour. There is a great place to eat just walking distance called the JIB Room. The only upgrades to unit 7 I would recommend is a quieter air conditioner and the door was a little difficult to close. Very quiet and peaceful.

Got in after office closed, our villa number was posted on window seen from outside.Key was in room. Very nice villa 30 yards from beach clean. Only there one night, never saw anyone as we left before they opened. Would return.

Beautiful, but not luxurious.

The property was very clean, and the location was perfect- located on a beautiful beach with crashing waves right outside. Maintenance left something to be desired - The telephone barely worked, the cable was out, one of the doors wouldn’t lock with the key, and there was no Wi-Fi in our unit so we had to stand in the parking lot outside one of the other units to use it (which is admittedly pretty creepy). The beautiful location and reasonable prices as well as the cleanliness of our unit and linens made it easier to overlook the shortcomings of the property. Service was non-existent - there was no employee on site most of the day, but there was someone available by phone when we had a power outage.

On the Water Away from Town

Units 1 through 6 are individual cottages right on the water. Swim right outside the front door, but bring water shoes - a bit of rock and old coral mixed in with the sand. The units are clean, well equipped and quiet. A bit of the corrosion and wear & tear one expects in the islands. They are located in a nice residential area of Marsh Harbour. Too far to walk to anything, really, except for the Jib Room Bar and Restaurant, about a 5 minute walk away.

Afforable, clean waterfront cottage

Thank you to Aida for a great vacation. The cottages are adequately furnished for a small family and convenient to Marsh Harbor and great snorkeling. We would come back.

Unique cabins in ideal waterfront setting

Cabins well set up. Main problem for self catering is that they are a long way from shops.

Excellent attractive location.

No manager on site and payment issues arose because housekeeping was asked to attempt process via telephone communications with supervisor. After midnight, 2 cars kept driving in and out with adjacent tenants talking causing a lost of sleep. There is no door latch on guest bedroom door and only way to keep it closed is to use deadbolt lock.
