"We loved staying here! My girlfriend and I stayed here on New Year's Eve and had a great stay. The inn is quaint and quiet, which made for a really pleasant way to ring in the new year. The room we had was very comfortable and unique. We drank wine at the wine bar in the lobby for most of our evening, and sat by the fireplace in our room for the rest of the time. Breakfast in the morning was really tasty as well, with a lot of different options. We would highly recommend this place to anyone...

"Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck. In floor heating; no noisy AC unit. Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly). Host provided outside movie and got a fire going. Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas. Friendly staff who want to help. Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular."

"Overall the room was very clean and comfortable. Here are just a couple of comments: The shade that can be pulled down to darken the room was not the right size so it seemed very tattered in room 234. I could hear quite a bit of noise through the floor of whoever was above me...a lot of stomping back and to so I'm not sure if there was much insulation between the floors. Fortunately, they seemed to go to sleep at a decent time. I was there for a 4 night stay and it would have been nice to have...

But they so need to improve the wifi service (it was really bad) and to air out the hallways and reception area. But overall it is a good place to stay, I highly recommend it for the price and cleanliness. "

"I loved my stay at the VF hotel. There was a mix up when i arrived, but it was quickly fixed with a short call to the owners from the gal working there in the restaurant (who was extremely friendly and helpful). I loved the convenience of self-check-in and out and having the restaurant and bar underneath, which was amazing. Valley Ford has come a long way since i was raised in the area in the 80s and it is adorable and bustling with quaint eating establishments, the robust market, and the old...
