"Lovely large room, comfy bed sand very dog friendly. Lots of parking and advantage of park and ride into Bath 10min walk away. Excellent Sunday roast and fantastic breakfast will definitely be back!"

"I've stayed at the hotel multiple times and never had a problem until Wednesday 15th July. The building is obviously old so limited to what they can do, but second floors rooms in peak summer are like pizza ovens. The small ancient fan is not enough and I barely slept."

"The room is very small. One thing I never like is that one side of the double bed is against the wall so getting up in the middle of the night is really difficult for the person sleeping on that side.
Also the bathroom is in the bedroom and is separated by frosted glass. So you can hear everything going on in there(!)
The location was fantastic. Couldn't be better.
Breakfast was good."

"Beautiful old building and friendly welcome. Staff really helpful and room was spacious with lovely decor and a stunning view across the city and the valley. Peaceful location a mile out of the main centre of Bath, up a hill, but easily reached by regular bus service if arriving by train."
