"Large clean room, easy to check in. People next to us were a bit loud, but the room and reception were great! Only downside is that the pool was unexpectedly closed for maintenance, but the kids enjoyed the park outside."

"Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and nice. Washroom in the room had a mild odour all the time. Floors felt sticky. Shower hot water setting was completely lost on me. Lost an expensive water bottle in the parking lot - was gone in 15 mins and never turned up at the reception."

"I love, LOVE the Great George and have stayed there numerous times over the years. My suite was superb, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff, as always, was friendly and extremely professional. For those new to Charlottetown, the location of the Great George is perfect - it's an easy walk to all of the downtown attractions and amenities. A++"

"Nice property, easy walk to downtown. The room was great except for the thumping from kids running in the suite above us. They said these rooms were soundproofed, but the noise was quite noticeable. Breakfast was OK but eggs were overcooked."

"It was very clean but a bit tough for getting around the bed especially with a cane. Was fantastic for being able to be downtown and close to everything. But you gotta do something about being able to take alcohol to the rooms. A small tv for those that don't stay out at night would be a nice add on. Staff was helpful and nice. In discussions with other older customers a lot of them were not impressed. You should let people who book know about the parking situation."

"It was nice and cosy, lovely property, exactly what we wanted. The mattresses were very comfortable, which surprised me! And they are well located, so you are near everything in Cavendish. We would recommend this place to anyone! They even left us homemade cookies before leaving."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Harbour House. The building has clean, modern amenities while old Victorian charms. It is also located at heart of downtown Charlottetown, making touring the city convenient by foot."

"Well, it's not like in the pictures. Older property in need of maintenance, more thorough cleaning and update of flooring at least in the room where I stayed."

"It is in a very pretty spot near the North River. Cows (ice cream) is about a block away and open til 10pm. There is parking and a gas station across the street. I was in #5, my room was lovely no problems and the tv worked, basic cable but still good. I would recommend for a short stay."
