"When you walk into the hotel, you are greeted warmly by the staff. The hotel lobby is very nice with a beautiful waterfall. When you walk into the room, it will be cozy and smells really good. My complaint is that the rooms need to be updated. It needs a separate tub and shower. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. The popcorn ceilings need to go. If you have back problems bring your heating pad and medication. This hotel has potential and needs to be better. Also, parking is $30 per day. I will give it a 6.5 out of 10. "

"This hotel is badly in need of renovation. The hallways and elevator were dirty. The bath tub was patched. The office chair in the room was badly worn. There was only 1 wash cloth in the bathroom. When we opened the door to the room after checking in, there were several restaurant flyers laying on the floor. The guide on the TV was wrong. If you selected what the guide said was a particular channel, it tuned to a completely different channel. This was, by far, the most run down hotel I've stayed at in decades."

"When I walked into the lobby it smelled like an ashtray and low class rooms but I paid for it without knowing so that’s my fault. I never checked into the room because only thing came to mind was bed bugs instead I stayed downtown at the Alea on 4th."

"Offers airport transfers but the earliest is 6am …… we had to set up our own transportation and breakfast is never available that early as well. No restaurant close by and not much within reasonable walking distance. I would not stay here again."
