"This is a house with five rooms, a kitchen and one bathroom that you share. My room had no light and the smell the overwhelming smell of air freshener that was so strong. It was all over my clothes when I came home it felt like the cross between a tide pod and Pine-Sol. I will never stay there again. I was ripped off."

Communication with management was difficult, as responses were delayed by several hours. The property failed to inform guests that the accommodation was shared, including the restroom and kitchen areas. Additionally, significant renovations were needed around the property. I was unable to take a proper shower due to concerns about paint chips and ceiling debris...

"They should not be allowing these certain rooms to be rented out. This was literally opening a door and there being a bed there there was no room for luggage or anything else. It was insanely hot and even when I attempted to contact them to indicate that please if we could split to a different room or anything they were unable to accommodate. None of the locks were working most handles were hanging off not very safe."

"AC works, tv sounds muffled but worked, staff was okay , the rooms aren’t as pit together as they appear online. It wasn’t too bad but should be cheaper I feel "

"As soon as we checked in and got to our room we notified the front desk that the AC didn't work. We were told that no other rooms were available and since we had already stayed in the room we couldn't get a refund. We had only stayed in the room for 10 minutes at that point. After nearly 3 hours on several chats and conversations with Expedia we were able to cancel our 2nd night and got about half our money back."

"The counter person checked us all in took my deposit and when I asked if my room key opened the gate for parking, he informed me I had to pay for the parking (which wasn’t a problem) but we had to run the entire transaction again. We brought our own sheets, I would suggest you do the same. The pool was nice and there is only coffee in the morning so you have to drive in Miami traffic or door dash breakfast."

The molding on the walls is chipped and broken. The blankets had dead bugs and dirt throughout. The fitted sheet on the bed was ripped. The back board for the bed had stains all over it.
