"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back."

"Stayed here only 1 night. Nicer hotel. Clean and well kept. Parking was a little unusual. It was on top of the garage of an apartment store next door. Had to take an elevator down to the first floor and walk out to the street through the market. Not really such a big deal. Odd for a nice hotel. Had a nice corner room with a decent view. Looked down on a main street with a bar right across. Was still a little noisy at midnight and had to close the windows. Breakfast was in an attached restaurant....

"The hostel is perched above Kelvingrove park, a beautiful park at the doorstep. Easy walking distance (10-15 min) to University of Glasgow, Kelvingrove museum, bus stop, and Kelvinbridge Subway station. Pubs along Woodland road as well as a Sainsbury. The front desk staff seem to know everything that someone new to Glasgow would want to know. Our room was two singles with a private bath. Things were clean, comfortable and functional. A laundry washing machine issue was taken care of right away....

"Baking hot concrete block next door to a demolitions site with noisy heavy machinery working and my windows obscured by thick grime. The air conditioning didn't work and looked as though it was decommissioned long ago. The bathroom taps were difficult to turn off and I was fearful of a flood…. Maintenance generally seemed poor…. Fitting and carpets were pretty much worn out…. Curtains didn’t quite cover the windows to exclude light…. Uncomfortable stay and not cheap. I was glad to leave."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean with stylish decor. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is very well decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard , and well priced for such high quality food. The bar area has a nice chilled atmosphere, I did'nt want to leave there , as it was such a nice place to drink and eat. The only suggestion would be to have a mini bar in the room with a selection of drinks and...
