"My daughters and granddaughter were disappointed there wasn't a pool that was listed online."

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off."

"The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds."

"This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least."

"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."

"Well, it’s almost as if on the weekend the hotel doesn’t know it’s a hotel but the rooms are spotless. The property is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen, but it’s very arbitrary if they want to serve food that day or not or even if the bar is open and signage is just terrible but other than that, it really is a fabulous location a fabulous price and a fabulous hotel"

"L'hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner était bon. Le climatiseur est très brouillant et les tapis sont pas propres ni au couloir ni dans les chambres, ça nécessitent un vrai ménage. Le personnel sont gentils, ya pas de borne pour recharger des voitures électriques, et l'établissement utilisent tout des ustensiles, des verres et des assiettes jetables, je trouve ça triste en 2026, ils génèrent beaucoup de déchets malheureusement... à revoir"

"The property was relatively clean. Tub not good or bad just ok. Most of my interactions were with the front desk. He was lovely and very helpful. Parking was initially unclear because on hillside. Most hotels now have safety feature of using your card to your room to get upstairs. Not true here. TV service was very basic and the TV itself was unclear vocally and picture unstable. I know this is Hilton's lower end hotel but it was truely lower end"
