Horrible not a garbage pail in the room not one cup in the room nothing dirty by nightstand just awful. I was pissed off. I would never return back to that hotel again. It was never like that.

I arrived early and was met with the sweetest front desk staff, who ensured the room was inspected and properly cleaned since I was there early and they were just finishing up cleaning from checkout. Both, the manager and customer service professional were so kind, courteous, and helpful. I will not hesitate to recommend this location for any of my colleagues.

The best thing about this place was the staff every single employee there was so incredibly nice and helpful and friendly. The facilities, however, are really dingy and dirty. The doors are all banged up and it almost feels like people were breaking into each room at some point. The walls have scuffs all over them. The floors are really dirty. There’s always a smell of pot in the air. The parking garage is dimly lit so it makes you nervous when you go out to your car. The refrigerator and kitchen is really dingy.

The first room I got was on the fourth floor and someone was frying food with the door to their room propped open.and the hall smelled of it. I able to get a room on the 7th floor. room 715, seemed nice at first till i noticed that the toilet runs all day and night. there was no stopper in the bath sink, the electrc cooktop was very defective. the left burner seems to work but the thing is old and you cannot read the knob. the right burner did not work at all,. the refridge was also intermittently noisy and thats all night too. the microwave is rusted on the inside.
