"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. "Comfortable stay for a couple of days on business. Booked a single room, which was fine. Worth highlighting that the bed looked as though it was home made (very solid snd quite high) and the shower used a hand held shower head. Overall, enjoyed my stay and will return. Staff were brilliant!!"

"We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day. "Great property for those visiting Wimbledon. Only criticism is that the newly renovated room I had had a huge bathroom but the smallest bath and a shower you had to crouch under. I am 5ft 9 so anyone over 6 ft will have real issue. Need a large walk in shower"

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."
