"The room is a bait and switch. It looks nothing like the pictures. It no wonder they only reserve to out of staters. DO NOT STAY HERE. 3”bed indentations on both sides of mattress. Looked like someone left in a hurry. Left the TV on, dog paws all over sheets and no blanket. The walls were caked in dirt and oil. Talk about non smoking rooms. The cabinets were broken and the floors were greasy and sticky as hell. The towels had been used and refolded. I’ve stayed at better crackhead hotels and...

"Tough neighborhood, old &beat up furniture & baseboards, advertised free pets but charged us $25."

"There was blood and urine stains all over the mattress. The area itself seemed very unsafe. The girl at the front was very nice and said don’t worry about the neighbourhood we have cameras all over also said that you can’t drink the water. There were several people around who appeared to be homeless. I was wondering if maybe it’s used as a shelter? Did not feel safe there with my kids and ended up leaving and going elsewhere "

"Stood in 105 degree temps for 30 min to check in. You walk up to a window as they are not using the lobby. I reserved queen beds. Got a king size bed, no dresser, no place to hang clothes, no chairs for table, no microwave and woke up to a bug crawling on the night stand. Not to mention the large amount of homeless people. "

"Located in crapvulle of Pheonix, maps directed me to a locked gate with all kindsbof people roaming around and tgis was at 3 in the morning. Traveling with grandaon and we kept driving. Would not want to park my truck any where around there for was afraid of break i. And would not be able to sleep, let alone wanting to expose my grandson to this. Clean up your property, pictures on lune looked great but not true representative of reality. Si disappointed."

"only there 2 nights so I didn't need laundry service. Our phone didn't work and they said they'd send someone over, but never happened. The room was filthy with candy, wrappers, kleenex, papers on floor behind dresser and phone table. Shelves and counters were filthy and there was a squished cockroach body on headboard on one of the beds between headboard and wall. Lot of holes and unfixed areas throughout the room. "

"The room was falling apart. It smelled like marijuana and there were people smoking. We checked in and only lasted 10mins and left because the room smelled so bad. "

"Bad experience! The area is really bad & ghetto it’s scary plus the lock on the door wasn’t working and the Worst is there was no cold water to shower! I don’t recommend this place specifically if your going with kids & family"

"The room was dirty. The smoke detector was removed and had toilet paper stuffed in it. Elevator was filthy with the same debris the whole stay. The door did not look secure and was pushed in from the door knob down, so we were worried when we had someone knock on the door at 3am. They do have security at night out by the parking lot. "
