"The room was very clean and neat. When we allowed housekeeping to come in to our room they did exactly what we needed, clean sheets and towels. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the fresh hot coffee always available in the lobby was wonderful."

"Best location by far on the strip! Restaurant has been out of food and outdated this trip and last. Actually went up the street to the holiday in and ate at Solstice. Made me question, do I want the furthest end of the beach or amenities?.. Yes Shell Island needs to step thier game up. Could be the best spot, they just dont know how to run it.. Amenities are key. They served us can beverages at $4 at dinner, no tiki bar as advertised, Great for older people like me, but not if you're fun and want to stay here the whole time.. Should be labeld as a hotel and not a "resort". Talking with people on the elevator, they felt the same..... This place is gold mine if ran by the right people.. Wish they gave me shot to make it happen..."

"I was very pleased with my stay. The rooms were very comfortable, the view is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant and Tiki bar was excellent and affordably priced. I felt like it was a great value for the price. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The ocean view was beautiful!! Other than some sand on the balcony floor, the room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Kyle was very helpful and made sure our early check-in went smoothly. I will always suggest a full size coffee maker rather than the small version. Us coffee drinkers are not happy with such limitations! LOL When we went out in the evening, we were a little concerned because there was only one parking spot left."
