Des améliorations pourraient toutefois être apportées, notamment en ce qui concerne la diversité de la carte du restaurant — actuellement limitée à un buffet imposé — ainsi que la formation du personnel, qui ne maîtrise pas toujours le fonctionnement de certains équipements. Le petit déjeuner, bien que proposé sous forme de buffet, gagnerait également à être revalorisé : certains produits ne semblent pas à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un hôtel 4...

"We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. "Very clean. There is a nice little restaurant downstairs. The staff was most helpful. While there wasn't air conditioning in the rooms, it still remained relatively cool in the rooms, despite the heat outside. My only complaint is that I reserved a room for three days. I changed plans almost immediately and cancelled one of the rooms less than 24 hours later. The hotel said they would only charge me for the two days, but changed their mind and charged me for all three."

"First of all, be aware that this hotel does not have air conditioning. Europe is experiencing unprecedented heat, so it is important to verify that AC is available.
