"Unhelpful receptionist, barely a hello. The next day when we came in literally no eye contact and no greeting. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, sofa bed not made and had to make it ourselves. "Je me suis demandée si le ménage avait été fait depuis le dernier locataire. En effet, il y avait 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pratiquement vides, le gel douche dans la douche vide. Nous étions 4 personnes et le canapé lit n'était pas déplié. La couette et les oreillers étaient sous le canapé dans une sorte de tiroir mais non fermé. Avaient-ils été lavés? Matelas du canapé lit trop fin: on sentait tous les ressorts et les barres du sommier! Nous avions l'impression que la douche n'avait pas...

"Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that I got charged 15 euros for breakfast each day when 1) I wasn't aware they would charge me when I enter the breakfast room. They asked me to sign the sign in sheet. I thought it was for attendance. 2) The second day of breakfast which I was also charged; they didn't have the sufficient bacon, so I barely ate but still paid the 15 euros at checkout. Other than that, I would come again and I am now aware breakfast will be charged."
