"Room was clean although decor was tired and in need of a refresh. We weren't informed at check in that we would be charged to use the spa facilities so unexpected cost of £7.00 each per day. Only 2 small pillows on bed, asked at reception for additional pillows and was handed them from the reception desk to take to room whilst trying to carry luggage. Not ideal.
We didn't book for breakfast or eat in the hotel so I can't comment."

"Excellent hotel only complaint and it’s a little thing just no granola or yogurt on the Sunday at breakfast but Saturday was spot on and Sunday still had almost everything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends "

"Cold room heating not working properly, hotel knew about this yet sold us the room. Hotel very anti-family with regard to use of pool. Unless you wish to use the pool as a family very early in the morning or in the you have no chance of using pool. Hotel doesn’t tell you this until after check in not at booking. "
