"Very good property with reasonably clean and quiet rooms and common areas. Everything in the room was in working order. Shower water was a little chilly in the morning but no biggie. The breakfast was very good with hot egg and sausage options. We’d be happy to stay here again whenever we’re in the area for volleyball tournaments. "

"The hotel's boiler was not working and they did not have hot water. The boiler could not be fixed until Monday. We asked for hotel recommendations and they had none. We were late for an event by two hours. It was a horrible expereince."

"The staff gave me the wrong hours for breakfast, so I went down at 6:30 and then a lady told me it was at 7am. The shower faucet was broken and I have to fix it to be able to get a shower "

"There was a lot of hair in the shower. It looked like it wasn’t even cleaned, and there was cracks on the floor. You could see right through the floor."

"This property is so run down and dirty. There are no ice machines so I had to have the staff find some for me. Other than the bed there was no furniture such as a table. The TV did not work. AC probably worked. The card readers were difficult. After checking in I found no towels in the room. So the manager retrieved towels but no wash cloth. They apparently did not have any according to the manager. No glasses were there. I would never stay there again. "

"Wasn’t too impressed with this place. We stayed for 4 nights and there was never anyone at the front desk. We even tried calling the front desk on 2 different occasions and there was no answer. The weekend staff at the breakfast was horrible. At 8:35 on a Saturday there was no apple juice or coffee both reg and Decaf with a roll of the eyes when something was said. "

"Staff was mean at my arrival. It felt like I distracted her from her phone by arriving a bit late (around I think 9:30pm). She was not helpful at all as I wanted to know my options for food. Also when I ordered my dinner through uber-eat and the food arrived, the delivery drier was not allowed to come to my room - which I understand policy but they way that was communicated to me was rude. "
