"It was clean but nothing was updated. There was a timer for the shower, and everything seemed kind of cramped and run down. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool (my son was excited to swim) and was not informed until after I checked in that the pool was broken! I don't think it's a terrible place to spend a quick night but I will probably never go back. I do not in any way feel like I got my money's worth from this location."

"My family stayed for a total of 3 nights. Upon arrival we originally booked a one bedroom suite that we didn’t receive. We were told that other guest had came to upgrade their rooms before we arrived. We did not receive the suite and had to end up purchasing another room to accommodate our family. The front desk lady was confused and gave us misinformation which then was even more misconstrued by the manager that basically said he couldn’t give us what we booked because there was none. I...

"Staff was kind and welcoming. I would say that was the only good part of our stay. Although upon check-in, nobody checked my ID. We stayed on the third floor. There was a commotion of someone trying to kick in a door, screaming yelling and fighting, and then the cops showed up. This caused my daughter to cry and become very scared. We reached out to the front desk, who assured us that the situation was being taken care of. The air conditioner in our room was dirty and smelled like old socks,...

"Place is very convenient close to the stores. The only negative I have for this property is the room I got, the conditions of the room has a moldy smell, looks like the carpet needs cleaning which I believe causing the bad smell in the room. "
