The lady on reception was excellent, friendly and informative. The only let down was in the eatery on the ground floor. The service was very poor, rude, unhelpful and the food passable."

Only Downside was that there was no light in the room other then two very small wall lamps by the bed…but no big deal. The location is exceptionally great as it is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, and very near a train station. "

"Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels."
