"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"We have great relaxed time at the Caterina apartments. Very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We stayed in a court yard view apartment and it wasn’t over looked. The shops and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. The metro and bus station isn’t far either. Great modern apartment and it provided a great base for a relaxed stay. "

"The hotel is so lovely! It’s tucked away in an ancient little alley just off of the river (a little hard to find with GPS; just ask). The room was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. There was even a gorgeous skylight directly above the bed! (Think sleeping in a lighthouse) with beautiful stone walls. It’s so convenient and I’d definitely stay again. Warning: however, there is no parking and the closest garage was a bit of a haul (~1-1.5km?) so, I just backpacked it instead of fighting...

"Beautiful studio apartment that is well kept and clean! We arrived later than anticipated, but got a message in WhatsApp to be able to get a code in the building after hours and get into our room. The apartment is right near the water with walking distance to many restaurants along the water and near many shops, the river flea market and near many grocery shops."

"Appartement très grand, idéal pour 4 personnes. Vaste salle de bains. Ménage fait tous les jours. Petit bémol pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner : il n'y avait rien dans les placards (mais on aurait pu demander le nécessaire mais nous avions choisi de manger à l'extérieur). Excellent petit déjeuner à l'hôtel. Attention : piscine intégrée au spa et donc payante (15 € par adulte et 7.50 € par enfant)."

"Communication with FeelPorto was always excellent. They had a representative who met us at the apartment and made sure to check that our access link and code worked. She also gave us a quick tour of the unit. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. AC worked extremely well. The location is right in the nightlife part of Porto, and although we did hear noise around 4am, it was not a big deal. Keep in mind we were located on the 4th floor. You are within walking...

"The guest house is very centrally located in the Ribeira area and the room was spacious, lean and the bed was comfortable. The price was a steal. The staff were very nice to deal with and breakfast was delicious. Excellent coffee. My room was on the third floor and there was no lift so got a bit of exercise in as well. I knew this was the case when I booked so was prepared for it. Because it is central and on a busy street, it is noisy but I felt the location more than made up for that. "
