I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staff brilliant location even better most comfortable bed I have had among my many trips to Japan small scuffs and bits of wallpaper peeling here and there but that doesn’t take away from how comfortable and safe I felt as a solo female traveler in this hotel I would highly recommend it

Breathtaking view of Tokyo station tracks and moving trains if choosing a railway viewing room.
Reception staff are very professional and speak English well. Rooms are very clean with high standard amenities.
JR bus service provides direct return transport at 1500 Yen/Adult single trip to the station which directly connects to the hotel. Minimum efforts for travellers.
Abundant choice of restaurants and Daimaru department at the station are very handy.

The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!

Hotel was very nice , great facilities including drinks available, all the essentials in the small kitchenette and staff very friendly. If I had to pick one area to improve it would be the breakfast could be more varied and include more fresh fruit, but really was an excellent base in Tokyo for a short stay.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service. Slept really well and had an amazing...
