"Loved the hotel, so close to everything. Really nice"

"I was pretty shocked with how highly reviewed this hotel is. Like other reviewers, it seems like if you are Japanese, you get treated better (they offered right next to us the face mask amenities but not us). The room was “clean” but not. The tv/ac remote controls were clearly never cleaned well (buildup along the edges of the buttons). The bathroom had mold around the tub seal and on the floor, that could easily be cleaned with cleaning products. Plus there were bugs along the ceiling wall....

"料理は薄味で素材の味が生かされている"

"I was allocated to a room completely have no view, quite disappointed"

"Great location, close to the castle"

"Well maintained Toyoko inn. If you know what to expect this place is great. Location was very convenient to Matsumoto station and night life. Would stay again and breakfast was good each day."

"Staff was helpful"

"The staff were very friendly. The washer and the dryer worked great. It was very close to the station"

"当日は、私以外は外国人の利用者でしたが気になることはありませんでした。 単調な接客ではなく、親切にしてくださりました。"

"A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing."
