Iroha Grand Hotel
The hotel is well maintained and pretty new, 5-min walking from the trian station. The room is very clean but a little small. The hotel offers free ice cream or ramen every night. It is in the area with lot of restaurants and the famous castle is about 20 mins by walking.

Room nice and clean. Good location. Breakfast not catering for western style but good. Perhaps add some cereal.

Clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff, and great location. Loved the ticket for free onsen visit too!

Relax Hotel Takayama Station
We absolutely loved the hotel—super clean, full of thoughtful touches, and the staff were very attentive. It is located close to the entire tourist area, and we spent a spectacular and safe few days there. Highly recommended.

Absolutely clean, massive rooms. The wet area was phenomenal in our room, with a large bath the two of us could sit and soak in each night. Two double beds with very comfortable pillows!
