I felt like I was constantly being watched by the staff at this hotel. I travel a lot and I never felt this way at a “nice” hotel before. I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel due to the staffs that work there. When I went to the vending machine at night, out of nowhere a staff showed up and watched me what I was buying. When I went outside on the terrace to watch the sunset, as soon as I came back inside, a staff walked out to check if I made a mess or not. I wanted to use the laundry machine, so I asked the front desk to change my ¥1000 bill into coins and he double checked if my money was not fake or not. I asked for no cleaning service for my room, but they still came in to clean. I specifically asked them to leave the towels outside the room when they asked me what my preferences were when I checked in. Lastly, I asked to checkout 2hrs later than the 10am checkout and they charged me extra ¥3000.

おいしい朝食

部屋も広く快適でしたし、朝食がとてもおいしかったです。白飯、おかゆ、たし茶漬けが選べたり、食後のコーヒーがテイクアウトも選べたりと、とても満足しました。（願望）これで露天風呂があったら最高ですね。

車では、迷いやすいので、案内図に工夫してもらいたい。 お風呂の床がぬるぬるして、もんどりうって、こけそうになる。 頻繁に、掃除してもらいたい。

ノンビリ楽しく過ごせた3日間でした!

3日間滞在しました。道後温泉の中心に位置し観光、食事、買い物全てに満足です。 スタッフも明るく親切です。 ただ部屋のエアコンの音が大きいのが唯一の不満でした。

道後温泉でリラックス

道後温泉駅から歩いて５分くらい。少し外れて静かなところ。カードキーではないから建物は古いのかな？部屋はかなり広かった。今回止まった部屋には風呂はなかったが、大温泉は広い。スタッフもかなり教育されている感じで、対応は良い。お茶のパック2個があり、もう１個もらおうと連絡したら断られた笑　そんなもんか。

前往道後温泉，商店街，車站，都很方便。酒店的温泉很好。早餐都好食。在没有訂位的情況下往酒店餐廳食晚飯，竟然食到非常鬆脆的天婦羅，讚。前台服務非常好。
