"The stay was nice until the last day. We left to get some stuff for the travel back home. We returned to the hotel and a church event wouldn’t let us back in the parking lot. They directed us to go around the corner to a parking lot not connected to the hotel. We called the hotel no answer along with a member called from a room in the hotel and no answer. "

"The room was clean I could tell they maintain it well because I do additional cleaning when I get to the room and can see additional dirt and grime that comes off and there was minimal. The staff were very friendly and even asked my preference on room floor and if I would like to be near the elevator or not.
