"In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight. They said they would try and find who had the dog. I mean don't you register who comes in with a dog? Was quiet for a while and then in early morning it started all over again. "

"Everything was fine, and after a long drive we stopped at the bar for a drink. What a great idea that was, since we met Tamika who was full of wonderful conversation and insights. She looped in another guest who was equally entertaining, and it really set the tone for our visit. Great job, Holiday Inn!"

"I needed a non-smoking room and got the smoking room. I went the front desk and asked for a change. the gentlemen at the front desk claimed that all rooms were sold. I was running late for a concert so I did not return to the room and headed out to the concert. After the show I stopped by the front desk to see if there were any cancellations. I asked the night agent and explained to him my need for a non-smoking room. He went and checked the room for himself and told me to stay at the front desk. When he came back he said that the room was fine totally disregarding my needs. Very rude. No customer service."

"I had requested early check in. No worries if it’s not available but to be told “your room will be ready in five minutes” for 1.5 hours is completely unacceptable. We could have gone to dinner but instead we had to rush to our event without showers or dinner while we watched so many people check in. For them not to have house cleaning go clean our room was very lacking in customer service. Then when we finally got our room, the maid was still cleaning for another 15 minutes. When we returned after our event that night at midnight we found the lock on the door locked from the inside. Completely exhausted, we had to wait again for them to let us in our room. I’ll never stay there again. Person with me, a Marriott status member agrees and will be switching to Hilton. Just terrible"

"Even with a reservation the hotel had no room for us. Refused to do any actual work to help us and sent us to another hotel where the staff was equally averse to doing anything to honor our reservation saying quote “we reserve the right to refuse service to whomever we want” So the staff at two hotels essentially said, we dont care that you have a reservation, go f yourself."
