"The staff was great. The hotel is used mainly as long term housing for low income people. You get what you pay for here. Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book"

They said they would try and find who had the dog. I mean don't you register who comes in with a dog? Was quiet for a while and then in early morning it started all over again. "

"I chose this hotel for its price. I think it was a little overpriced for the condition of the facility. As there is a no-smoking policy in the building there were quite a few people hanging around the front/side of the building to smoke, which gave it a shady vibe. The staff was nice, the bed was comfy but the room showed wear and tear and could use an update. Ex: the walls were repainted but only in certain areas - meaning if you're going to paint - paint the whole wall, not just the right...

"The room was okay, as you get what you pay for as they say. It could use a good cleaning, but not filthy. The beds were great. Some noise from the neighbors next door arguing, but really a quiet place other that. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was only cold cereal, bagels with light plain cream cheese, small muffins, coffee and juice. One morning there were no napkins so I asked the front desk for napkins and she said she had to wait for the manager to go get some more. For me...

"We got there late , and we didn't notice the ceiling of the bathroom, until my kid when to the bathroom and dirty water was dripping heavily on his face which was disgusting I bring it up to front desk and ask to cancel my reservation the rooftop was almost falling on us im still waiting for then to refund the rest of my nights ,I did agreed to pay for the first night"

"We requested and paid for an ocean front king suite. We recieved a city view balcony regular room. In the room there was broken furniture, bed that was far beyond replacement. No soap in the dispenser asked for more towels multiple days. Recieved none. Upon leaving one night. Saw a three inch cockroach running across the hallway. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning to aqua vista resorts."
