"Directions for parking and entry were easy to follow. Room was large, clean and well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Coffee was good. Would definitely recommend. "

"The hotel was very very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The free breakfast was also probably one of the better free breakfasts I’ve seen. That being said - it is a minimalist hotel. So in the room, you don’t really have any comforts. No closet very small desk and no coffee maker. Beds were OK not extremely comfortable but not extremely uncomfortable. Basically no frills but very clean."

"Great Location ! Loved staying on campus and still close to attractions in Columbia! Fun decor and lots of common areas inside and outside to hang out. Our favorite spot was the front porch!"

"Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great."

"Hotel was very pretty. The breakfast was fantastic with friendly helpers but the front desk staff, both night and day, were a little rude and it seemed to bother them if you asked a question. The biggest problem was our toilet. Every time the room close to us flushed if we happened to be on ours we got a burst of water in our bottom. Not a good feeling 😕 I don't think we will be staying there again."

"Great location and a fun historic building. Rooms are dated (floors creak, old windows that were filthy) but it has a certain level of charm and character as compared to a new hotel that is very sterile feeling."
