"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. From the balcony you have a nice view to the mountains and it is sunmy in the afternoon. The chairlifts are 500 meters away and there is a small bus to nring us close tothe mountains. Breakfast is good and complete before a ski day. Would definitely recommend "

"Immediately next to Tasch train station and with ski room. Lovely rooms. Would not have afforded this level of comfort in Zermatt itself. Really good new build with good fire safety and modern basement. In-hotel restaurant (although shut 2 days). Transport from Tasch to Zermatt is about 10 minutes, train every 10-20 minutes. Shuttle tickets are actually extra (not included in ski pass etc). Nice clean rooms and good skiroom."
