"We were in Waikiki, Hawaii during the 100-year storm. Everywhere was flooding, therefore, we decided not to go to Maui and get stuck on the island. The staff would not refund any part of our hotel fees at all or allow us to rebook at another time. We will never stay there! We could not believe this…very disappointing!"

"Best kept secret for Kaanapali beach resorts! Everything accessible with no elevators, crowds, or chaos. Free wi-fi, parking and best stretch of beach ever.
Pool never crowded, plenty of chairs and unlimited towels at front desk. Free coffee 7am-11am. Stayed in Coconut Building and room had double queen beds and full stainless kitchen. Have stayed here 6 times and it is the best. Also free gym and Castaway Cafe restaurant on property right on the beach.
