"The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The sea view rooms have great views. Location is also very convenient. But the fire alarm went off at 2am one of the nights and nearly gave me a heart attack. It went off again the same night and i’ve never been startled like that before."

"The hotel was awful, dirty. Couldn't have dinner hotel to busy. Breakfast had to be pre ordered, then one breakfast was forgotten. Had to keep asking for items. The poached eggs were rock hard. The whole experience was a nightmare. Found cut dirty toe nails on the bed. cobwebs in the bedroom. Pool area was terrible. Hotel needs a complete refurb. Some photos couldn't be uploaded. "

"Really great stay at this hotel. Very spacious mesmerising room. Lovely staffs and wonderful service. The night sleep was peacefull. In morning, I had delicious full english breakfast. I would recommend stay here to others. Also they have extra parking area, if there are no space in front of the entrance."

"We had such a wonderful stay here! My kids absolutely loved the heated pool! it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and kept them entertained for hours. The whole place is truly amazing, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. Waking up to the beautiful view from our bedroom each morning was just the cherry on top, it was absolutely stunning.
