"We booked plus rooms and got spacious, quiet, clean rooms facing the courtyard. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had an excellent cocktail from the bar. On behalf of the many comments on the breakfast in other reviews, we skipped it. Coffee in the room was good."
"Quaint hotel with a nice breakfast included. Rooms are spacious with a fan, which is nice during the warmer months. Easy drive to Speyer cathedral. Available grocery stores. Heidelberg only 1/2 hour away. Several restaurants within walking distance. "

"I still don't understand how this hotel made it to your platform. You need to review some hotels before you put up for customers. I check-in at night, but I found it difficult to believe that it's actually a hotel. I've to go out to double check on if the address is right. I branded it Ghost hotel. I was very terrified. "We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. I must say the staff was very kind however this was not enough to prevent the bad experience.
