"Overall the stay was good but for the entire weekend there was no internet and there was no apology or compensation. Ended up spending extra on roaming to stay connected. But other than that this place was great"

"I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!"

The hot water in our apartment and the adjacent apartment was not working well, however given the weather, it was actually just fine for us. "The resort is super small. No beach access. The closest beach is filled with seaweed. Only 1 small pool. 1 dining area. Bring your own washcloths. They don't supply them. They ran out of towels and gave pool towels for the rooms. 1 bar. Pool closed at 6pm. Dinner ended at 8:30pm. No vending machines or room service so after 8:30 no food.
