"The overall decor, rooftop bar + rooftop bar staff and proximity to everything to explore Boston was a 5/5. But if I’m being honest, everything else was a 2/5 or 2.5/5. Had an instance when I was waiting in line to get more toilet paper for my room and the Citizen “ambassador” made me wait longer because she saw a guest struggling with check-out even though I was next in line. "The entirety of the property was not maintained well and it was clear that some of the carpets haven't been cleaned in years. The staff was helpful, but the room is was in didn't give me confidence. The bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned and the towels did not smell like they had been washed. Free parking option was nice."

"What an amazing stay upon entrance we thought it was the coolest boutique hotel. We’ve seen in a very long time very laid-back but definitely charming. We will definitely be back. I didn’t understand the $47 a night resort fee till the end they do offer unlimited water bottles, convenient umbrellas just a little things that make your experience easier. The only downfall would probably be that the pool was not heated. Everything else was just fine."

"The mattress was old or cheap because it felt indented when I woke up the next morning and caused my back to hurt. The AC unit in the room also kept making a loud noise every few minutes- like clockwork, so I kept having to turn it off after a few minutes. Especially at night so I could sleep. I didn't use any of the amenities as I had business in the area and just needed a place to sleep for two nights. "Everyone works at hotel is very friendly, always greet the visitors with happy smile. Lots of parking space. Hot breakfast was good, also there is waffle maker which kids love. Over all, definitely worth the money. And I will stay there again when I am in the area."
