"The room was clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was just enough. A nice variety..pancakes or waffles, cereals, juices, coffee, milk, muffins, bagels, fruit, etc...Would definitely stay again. "

"Housekeeping didn’t bother to check our room, we left dirty towels on the floor when we left and when we got back at 10 pm they were still there. Went to the front desk and asked for new towels, apparently a washing machine quit and they were short of towels, gentlemen working said he would get me some, got tired of waiting and went to bed at 11 pm. Threw the dirty towels outside our room door at 11 pm and they were gone in the morning, I had again go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. With the pool/hot tub closing at 10, we were unable to use it, that was one of the man reasons we booked there.. Breakfast was ok, same type of potatoes 3 days in a row.. best western I’m sure you can do better"

"Nice rooms and peaceful place to sleep. Breakfast was ok but could use an upgrade. Staff was awesome "

"I chose this hotel for the convenience of the tunnel connected to the Mayo Clinic for my early morning appointment . Parking was tight but close by. Breakfast had amazing, but refrigerated choices, and only one microwave that needed to be used by everyone. The coffee ran out several times; but she rushed in quickly. It seemed that one, very friendly and helpful staff was in charge of it all; would suggest more help. Next time I would consider taking a tray up to my room and use the microwave and coffee there."

"There was not alot of parking space/options. We had a king bed with pull out couch, property notes they have available bedding, but we were told they were overbooked and there was no extra pillows available."

"We paid extra for covered parking but there weren’t enough spaces. Their garage was almost always full. Frustrating to search for alternative parking late at night. Staff was helpful and refunded our parking charge."

"The breakfast area had a smaller selection. There were no high chairs and when asked the staff said “nope, no need for them. Feed them on the couch.” We also asked for a tray to bring some food back and a different staff member told us “trays were unnecessary and we should be lucky they allow us to bring food back to the room today.” So two days in a row of unfortunate breakfasts. The rooms were older, but still clean. The hotel was older, but average overall. "
