The staff was not friendly to my girlfriend’s mother. The property is not well staffed or maintained. It’s unclear which parts of the property are off limits, it is shared with Airbnbs. Overall experience was poor, would have been better if we stayed at a different location.

Está rodeada de bosque, y un arroyo se escucha desde los cuartos. Muy buena atención del personal (sobre todo de Noemí). Super atenta y amable siempre, buscando la forma de ayudar para que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda. Las instalaciones están limpias. Hay muchos escalones, lo cual sería lo único a considerar. Esperamos volver a visitarlos

Tenía una reservación para el domingo 29 de junio y al llegar a la propiedad todo estaba cerrado y sin nadie que pudiera atender o ayudar a resolver el problema, el numero telefónico que venia en la confirmación jamás contesto nadie.

Muy agradable la estancia y sin duda la atención del personal es increíble, vistas muy lindas y todo lo necesario, solo que si llegas por la noche no hay nada cercano para pedir y el servicio de comida del hotel es hasta las 7 pm considera comprar algo antes de tu llegada, por la mañana el desayuno es delicioso y los precios son muy buenos. En general la estancia es increíble, el lugar es nuevo así que todo en las habitaciones es nuevo
