"It was a lovely property - lots of garden area with many trees and flowering bushes, lots of birds. Many eating areas - all good. Pleasant open feel to the whole lobby and eating places. beautiful infinity pool and many different places to sit for the day. The beach was not the greatest, but good enough - sand sloped down and some large rock formations in water - a good flat beach could be walked to south of this beach. Located ok for out of resort restaurants and shops. Room was clean and had everything I needed - nice patio overlooking the gardens and pool and ocean."

"Resort had all you can need to have a great vacation. The only downfall is that is far from the malecon but other than that great place to vacation. Will recommend to others."

"My stay at Sunvivia resort and spa was absolutely amazing. Even though it’s now operating under a different name, everything about the hotel remains just as wonderful as when it was known as The INN. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the amenities are very convenient. The bedrooms are beautiful, and upgrading to an ocean view was definitely worth every penny. From the parking attendants to the waitstaff, everyone went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. I truly appreciated the outstanding service and accommodations. I will definitely be returning thank you so much for such a great experience!"

"This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly but the rooms themselves are outdated with tile floorr so you hear the people upstairs moving chairs. I could hear the people next door having sex. It's too bad because the hotel itself is very nice"
